How do i place an order?

You can place an order in these ways  :

1.     email – email the products you are interested in with their codes and quantity requirements

2.     the telephone – simply call us on (011) 656 3093 and we will help you through the process

 

Do minimum order quantities apply?

Yes, minimum order quantities do apply on most of our products. Our minimum quantity varies according to unit price of item,branding layout and setup costs as well as delivery costs

 

What is your general delivery turnaround time?

Unbranded stock items warehoused in South Africa are available within 3 – 5 days after your payment reflects in our account.For local orders that require branding, please allow 7 working days from receipt of order and approval of artwork.Bigger imported orders  take about 3-4 weeks by air freight and about 12 weeks by sea.

 

What are the set-up costs?

Set-up costs are determined by how many colours and positions your logo is printed in. This has to be done every time we do a new job for you even if we are using the same logo.

 

How must my artwork be formatted and submitted?

To make the branding process fast and efficient please email your logo to us in a High Resolution PDF or a Coral Draw format along with the exact pantone colours.

 

Do you brand on corporate gifts not supplied by Retro Gift Solutions?

Unfortunately not , we only offer our branding service for gifts supplied by us.

 

Can our goods be delivered to us?

Yes,and provided minimum order quantities are met, delivery can be free. Our offices are located in Johannesburg and deliveries above 300km may be subject to additional delivery costs.

 

Can I have my order shipped to multiple addresses?

Sure, simply contact us during your order to specify multiple shipping addresses. Before the products are dispatched we always confirm your delivery addresses

 

Will I get to see a proof of my logo?

Yes.  In every case a proof will be sent to you for approval before any printing occurs.

 

Can I buy  unbranded products ?

How is our logo printed on the products?

This will depend on the product material as different branding methods are used according to the specific design and materials used in the product.  Each product will indicate the branding method available to it on the product page.

 

What payment options are available?

We only accept electronic bank deposits or EFT’s-this will need to reflect in our account which can take 24hrs-48hrs. Unfortunately we do not accept major credit cards and cheques.

 

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes.  However, cancellation fees may apply.  The fees will vary depending on what stage the order has progressed to upon notice of cancellation.  Full payment will be required if the products have already been branded.
